Cooking Classes

I am now conducting cooking classes at my home in Devonport , small groups about  6 people . The Blokes classes are underway and they seem to be having fun and learning something!  It is quite competitive with much ribbing if something is not practised at home after the lessons.I can also do private lessons or one-off cooking days so email me to find out more. I recently conducted a hen night cooking class for 9 ladies which was so much fun! Veronica, the bride-to-be  was getting married in Hong Kong but her friends here wanted her to have a cooking lesson and  so we did Prawn Risotto, Thai Beef Salad and Strawberry crepes  They all tried their hand at the crepes (with varying degrees of success!) The last to try, benefitted from the earlier one’s experiments! There was much laughter and taking of photos. One pupil tried the risotto dish out within the week.Her family loved it.Now that’s what I like to hear!
